TCG is partnering with a boutique advertising and marketing agency in their search for an Account Director with a healthcare marketing background. The Account Director will be accountable for nurturing client relationships, providing new and thoughtful
marketing solutions (traditional and digital), campaign development/management and proving ROI via detailed and analytical reporting.
- Maintaining and growing client relationships with B2B and B2C healthcare industry clients including hospitals, clinics, tech, etc.
- Providing strategic and marketing leadership
- Creating relevant, innovative strategic plans that will help drive clients’ business goals
- Proactively working with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies, and identify/implement strategies/tactics to help achieve client goals
- Creating, implementing and interpreting effective analysis and measurement tools to support marketing recommendations
- Learning/applying digital and emerging technologies
- Management of account coordinators and AEs, members of the creative team, and other subject matter experts ensuring the team is providing quality work to clients
- Budget management
- Development and presentation of new business pitches and proposals
