Robert Half Finance & Accounting is looking for an administrative assistant with strong social skills and a collaborative work style. If you combine dynamic communication skills with a positive attitude and a detail oriented demeanor, then you may thrive in this position.
Your responsibilities in this role will include:
o Pick up and sort mail.
o Address, add postage, and send any required documents/items by overnight
o Assist office staff with correspondence, faxes, mail, etc.
o Maintain Outlook Contacts database and assist with Outlook calendar scheduling
o Assist with intercompany expense tracking and reimbursements.
o Order and maintain office supplies.
o Notarize documents as needed.
o Assist in preparing and processing bank deposits.
o Scan or download and profile all monthly and quarterly financial/investment
