Robert Half Finance & Accounting has partnered with a real estate company in Denver in search of a Bookkeeper! The Bookkeeper will be responsible for office administrative and bookkeeping duties. This role is paying $45,000-$55,000 + bonus potential.

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for:
-Ordering office supplies
-Handling management's calendars and scheduling appointments
-Back-up to answering the phones and filing as needed
-Handling HR duties including on-boarding, off-boarding, benefits administration, etc.
-Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable
-Assisting with payroll processing
-Posting journal entries to the general ledger
-Bank reconciliations
-Expense reporting
-Other duties as needed

Requirements for the Bookkeeper include:
-5+ years of office administration experience
-Some accounting experience
-QuickBooks experience is preferred
-Real estate experience is preferred
