The primary purpose of this position is to identify solutions for business processes and system issues in order to enable positive business operations at JM. The Business Process Analyst II's specific responsibilities include gathering business requirements, troubleshooting issues, executing configuration, ensuring functional specification development, managing testing and application problem-solving of SAP or other enterprise module(s). This position will be primarily working in the Manufacturing area, focusing on Inventory and Warehouse Management with opportunities in Production Execution. Applicants can expect to make between $77,000 to $106,000 upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for a target incentive bonus under our variable incentive plan. This position is eligible for a flexible work arrangement in which, by way of example, an employee's work week may include both some days at the employee's assigned company work location and some work days performed remotely from the employee's home. The schedule of remote work will be based on business and work needs as determined by management. Your Day-to-Day: * Execute configuration, functional specification development, testing and application support of SAP module/s * Develop relationships with key plant users and operational groups in order to gain an understanding of business drivers and objectives * Work with key plant users and operational groups to understand and assess business flows, processes, specific issues and requirements * Evaluate and ensure system functionality of existing processes and manage, as directed, small to medium size projects, budget, timelines, communications and deliverables. * Understand end to end business processes and integration points. Develop process scenarios and test plans * Create and implement functional design specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements and forms * Develop system documentation and assist with end user training as necessary * Participate in long-range planning, prioritize projects, and conduct cost/benefit analysis * Collaborate with personnel and management in translating business requirements into applied solutions across manufacturing platforms and technologies * Work with process teams to implement integrated business solutions and provide solid technical mentorship to IT peers and business personnel * May be required to perform other related duties as assigned What You Bring to the Team: * Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of SAP or other ERP systems and technologies experience and a minimum of 2 years of experience with manufacturing companies with global * Experience working on full lifecycle deployment on at least one large scale ERP implementation * Detailed knowledge of SAP modules including SAP-IM and SAP-WM and of their touch points to various business processes in the following modules; SAP-PE, SAP OM (Solid) * Experience with handling units and batch management is needed. * Proven ability to define complex business requirements in order to determine appropriate SAP solutions (Solid/Expert) * Detailed knowledge of SAP configuration and supporting data structures (Solid) * Proven ability to identify root causes and develop long-term solutions that support business objectives (Solid/Expert) * Demonstrated ability to implement best business practices throughout an organization (Solid) * Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills (Solid) * Strong organizational skills (Solid) * Proven project management skills to drive completion of critical deliverables (Solid) * Ability to work in a team and project environment (Solid) * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (Solid) * May be required to lift, carry, push or pull up to and including 25 pounds * Moderate travel required (11 -- 29 days per year) * Work environment is typical of an office setting Incumbent must be physically able to perform essential job functions.
