A local Civil Litigation Defense law firm, located in the Denver Tech Center, is hiring a Civil Litigation Paralegal to join their team! The Litigation Paralegal will drive cases forward and collaborate closely with the team and attorneys. This is great opportunity to grow with a boutique law firm.

Responsibilities:

• Handling all aspects of the litigation process from pre-litigation/inception through settlement/trial
• Intake, investigation, case management, file organization, written discovery, deposition coordination, and document production
• E-filing in state (CO) and federal courts
• Appellate court filing experience is a plus
• Filing pre-trial pleadings and motions in state and federal venues
• Calendaring, scheduling, and docket control

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certification
• Must have some personal injury experience
• Ordering medical records, communicating with medical experts, etc.
• Defense firm, but open to candidate coming from plaintiff side
• Must have a minimum of 7 years' experience as a litigation paralegal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, practice management/billing software, and Adobe
• Positive attitude & team player
• Superb written and verbal communication
