Commercial Roof Estimator
Actively working with a reputable commercial roofing company looking to add an Estimator to their team. They recently experienced their lead estimator retiring and need a commercial estimator to help keep up with the steady pipeline of projects. Their values are a BIG part of who they are so they really take care of their employees. They have a full team of Projects Managers, Salesman, and Laborers. Commercial Roof Estimator Duties
* Coordinate meetings for up to date labor figures
* Review estimates with management
* Estimate a variety of commercial roofs; TPO, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and More
* Coordinate turnovers to the operations department.
* Create proposals with accurate scopes of work
* Have the ability to make site visits and decipher what type of roof systems are currently installed
Commercial Roof Estimator Experience required
* +2 years of estimating experience
* Experience with Commercial Roofing materials and techniques
*Must be comfortable with leading a team of estimators
* Positive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team player
