Job Details

Immediate opening for qualified Superintendents with 10 + years experience in supervising large and medium scale commercial construction projects for the Private and Federal sector. This position will be responsible for direct supervision of Commercial Office, Recreation, Hospitality, Retail, Multi-Family, Historic Renovation, Data Center, and Industrial projects ranging from $1,000,000 to $50,000,0000.

Responsibilities:
Supervises subcontractors to ensure timely and quality completion of contracted work.
Cultivate a working relationship with Project Managers, Project Laborers, Trade Contractor
Serves as a liaison between the Owner, Architect, Engineer, Contractor, and Subcontractor
Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of aggressive but realistic construction schedules.
Manage all on-site personnel, material and equipment needs, and subcontractor performance
Ensures all projects are in compliance with Owner specifications and requirements.
Track RFIs, changes, safety, and any additional project-related documentation.
Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and enforcing all project safety procedures.
Prepare and submit detailed daily reports for the project.
Hold weekly job progress meetings with all subcontractors to coordinate project progress.
Manage project schedule to ensure all project deadlines are achieved.
Maintain accurate As-Built drawings.
Implement Quality Control Program.

Requirements:
10 + years related supervisory experience in the construction industry.
Experience supervising commercial projects ranging from $1,000,000 to $40,000,000.
Basic survey and layout skills.
Proficient with computer skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
OSHA 30 - Hour Certification. Please note, if you have already received this certification.
