CUSTOMER SERVICE/CALL CENTER near DTC area.
-Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email and online chat to a variety of customers across the country.
-customers are real estate agents needing continuing education or individuals who are looking to become a real estate agent
-Maintain an awareness of all product and industry information, state regulations, and merchandise promotions.
-Update student accounts in salesforce, grade exams, process orders/changes/returns, answer reporting questions, and assist with course navigation.
-Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions, and follow up with customers as appropriate.
-Understand current customer needs and encourage customers to purchase additional products, with strong objection/response handling.
-Report system problems or process fixes to Customer Sales and Service Manager for long-term resolution.
-May provide after hours customer support on a scheduled and rotating basis.
-On Friday's each employee goes to an elementary school that receives subsidized free lunches
-At the end of each phone call they need to ask for a $4 donation to the backpack foundation
--70% of the calls are purely service for the student
-other 30% are sales/promotion calls, but all are inbound, pushing the product
