Customer Service Representative Role:
The Customer Service Representative will support the Sales team by making outbound calls on inquiry leads. There will be NO selling done on these calls. Daily duties would include:
Completing 75-100 outbound calls to potential customers per day
Schedule appointments with Sales rep when customer confirms request
Transfer calls to Sales when prospective customer desires an immediate conversation
Update database information and collect survey information
Customer Service Representative Background Profile:
HS Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus
2+ years in a Customer Service and/or Call Center experience; Outbound call experience preferred
Strong customer service skills and detail-oriented
Excellent verbal communication skills; outgoing and personable demeanor
Able to work comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
