Description

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION . This is a typical in-office call center position.

Basic Qualifications:

· Minimum of 1 to 2 combined years of experience in Customer Service.

· PC Proficient – Operation of computer systems e.g. Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, etc.)

· Advanced written and verbal communication skills

· Systems Aptitude/ Critical Thinking

· Keyboarding Experience

Required Qualifications:

· High School or Equivalent

· Enthusiastic and exceptional communication skills

· Strong Analytical skills

· Organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment

· Time management and prioritization skills

· Team Player

Salary:

· $14 for English speaking

· $16 for Bilingual’s – English & Spanish

Work hours:

· Monday - Friday (Open from 7am-9pm)

· Weekends: Saturday - 7am - 4pm

· Sunday - 8am - 3pm
