Our Team is looking to hire potential Remote Administrative Assistants to oversee all inquiries / secretarial duties currently in our Realty business, while working from home with us. You will perform a range of duties including answering phone calls, managing the online sales team, and maintaining the office budget.
Your central goal is to provide our clients with outstanding Administrative support. As the ‘face’ of our company, successful candidates will be presentable and friendly, with outstanding people’s skills. You should have a talent for multi-tasking, with excellent communication and organizational skill as well.
NOTE: All working supplies are to be made available by our department.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Handling admin tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Making arrangements such as bookings and inspection reservations.
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
- Attention to detail.
