Our Denver-based, private equity backed, middle market client needs a creative, innovative Director of Marketing with expertise in measured, quality lead generation and increased brand awareness.

Our confidential client is searching for someone with the following skills and experience:

(1) A Marketing leader with a track record of success in creating, implementing and monitoring effective marketing campaigns across all digital channels;

(2) Someone who is effective at leading an internal team, collaborating with senior executives and holding vendors accountable; and

(3) who is willing to come to the Denver office daily.

responsibilities:

  1. Quality lead generation through multiple digital channels - including website SEO, email campaigns, mobile, social and events, conferences, webinars, using multiple tools and platforms, including the Google Suite (ads, analytics, GTM, etc.), LinkedIn, Facebook Manager, and the Adobe suite. Proven track record of creating, implementing, and monitoring effective marketing campaigns across all digital channels - including website SEO, email campaigns, mobile, social and events, conferences, webinars, PPC - that result in quality lead generation and increased brand awareness.
  2. Create, manage and continually seek improvement of web properties via WordPress to include best in class visuals, technical integrations, UX and conversion optimizations.
  3. Advancement of the Brands in the market. Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness via digital and traditional marketing channels.
  4. Hands-on capability across the integrated marketing platform. History of data-driven decisions and streamlined lead pass-off to sales by successfully leveraging CRM integrations, automation tools, standardized campaign tracking methods.
  5. Tracking,analysis and testing/refinement of the calls-to-action to optimize and report on the productivity of the scarce resources invested in marketing. Continually evaluate digital campaigns/promotions and revenue generation using industry leading metrics and measurement tools (Google Analytics, GTM, etc); passion for data, industry trends, and digital marketing best practices.
  6. Leadership of a team of three people; collaboration with the content developer, the graphic artist, sales, customer support and executive leadership. Directly manage, guide and train internal marketing team members including content developer, graphic designers, and event manager for campaign execution and personnel professional growth.
  7. Management of multiple vendors to hold them accountable and optimized. Oversight and management of multiple vendors responsible for spearheading PPC campaigns, content creation, SEO strategy, social media maintenance, digital assets (videos, print collateral), etc.
  8. Create and communicate digital marketing reporting that tracks, measures and analyzes performance against KPIs, including ROI. Reports directly to the CEO.
  9. Full time in the office.

 

qualifications:

  1. Savvy digital expert with best-in-class experience generating quality, convertible leads and continually enhancing multiple brands.
  2. Creative thinker with the ability to innovate.
  3. Leadership experience. Self starter.
  4. Expertise in the use of Microsoft Dynamics Integrated Marketing Suite, or equivalent
  5. Knowledge of multiple digital marketing platforms to assess campaign effectiveness and hold vendors accountable for meeting objectives/deadlines.
  6. Passion for data, a love for solving puzzles. Expert in analysis and reporting on all key metrics, including but not limited to CPL, CVR, and ROI by campaign.
  7. Highly organized, detail oriented project-manager.
  8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform under pressure.
  9. Really smart, driven, creative, personable, engaging, innovative, "out-of-the-box thinker"
  10. Local resource; "up-and-comer" preferred.

For Colorado Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $15.00 to $25.00/hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (all benefits are based on eligibility).
