RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Director, Technical Program Management in Denver, CO.

Essential Duties:

• Developing and leading the Strategic Execution Team to deliver higher quality, improve consistency and oversight of projects across the enterprise
• Establish a repeatable process leveraging methodologies and tools that drive high impact delivery and communication throughout project / program lifecycle
• Lead programs by achieving alignment on vison, business outcomes, program scope, and creating program structure, and securing buy in from key stakeholders
• Establish a firm and consistent approach to the full life cycle of projects from planning, initiation, sizing, resourcing, execution, monitoring, control, and completion
• Develop comprehensive program plans and budgets
• Act as a trusted strategic leader and advisor, working alongside business leaders to help determine which projects should be prioritized based on business impact metrics
• Develop strong partnerships with key functional stakeholders to drive focus on business goals
• Sets and controls standards, including SET maturity, continuous improvement, and best practice implementation
• Mentors new TPMs, team members to improve delivery of projects on time and within budget, given scope and known risks
• Delivers executive level communication of project status and key project attributes covering all projects in the portfolio including program risks, performance status and resolution plans to senior management
• Establish and promote industry-recognized, best-in-class SET focused on delivering projects consistently with the highest impact to the business
