The Financial Analysis team is responsible for ad hoc financial analysis, subscriber valuation, project finance, and M&A/due diligence activities. As a part of the larger Finance organization, you will have the opportunity to engage with various groups across the entire company.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Finance Manager will lead the Financial Analysis team and is responsible for managing a team of financial analysts, overseeing team projects and priorities, and being a subject matter expert on finance topics and tools.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the Financial Analysis team as they operate and improve subscriber profitability models
- Evaluate subscriber facing offers for profitability and financial risks
- Assist operational groups with financial modeling, revenue and cost forecasting, and ad hoc analysis
- Perform financial and strategic analyses in collaboration with operating groups to improve performance for all areas of the business
- Assist with M&A activity by conducting due diligence and creating forward looking financial and valuation models
- Interpret financial data and communicate conclusions and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Create and deliver financial presentations to upper management

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Established leadership skills and an ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment
- Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling, some knowledge of database basics (e.g., Microsoft Access, SQL) helpful
- Knowledge of data analytics tools helpful (PowerBI, Tableau, Python, etc.)
- Strong understanding of valuation and other key finance concepts
- Outstanding problem solving and quantitative analysis abilities
- Ability to define problems, seek and collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Well-developed oral and written presentation skills, with the ability to summarize complex concepts into understandable and easy-to-follow presentation materials
Education and Experience
- MBA, MS-Finance, or other related Master's degree is preferred, but not required
- 5+ years prior work experience is preferred, with management experience
Salary Range
Compensation: $87,500.00/Year - $125,000.00/Year
