Lead and manage Corporate governance for Corporate, Company owned, and all Franchise brands
Manage and approve garnishment policies, processes, and execution.
Manage all aspects of litigation (discovery, depositions, filings, and docketing deadlines, etc.)
Manage and monitor all facets of Mergers and Acquisitions including, but not exclusive to, discovery, due diligence, UCC searches, permitting, etc.
Manage and direct all Franchisee compliance and review of contracts (demand and termination letters and other notices of default). Manage oversite of new Franchise sales, labor issues around Franchising and update to all disclosure documents.
Work with department leaders to facilitate regulatory compliance, facility/lease integrity and legal customer interactions.
Assist with preparation of annual updates to FDD in coordination with other involved departments.
Accumulates new lease documents and exhibits and presents to the President / CEO or other approved Company Officer for execution. Coordinates with Real Estate leadership and Landlords for execution of leases.
Prepares, organizes and ensures maintenance all Company lease files and documents in conformance with Company standards.
Lead process of new site selection, review of permits, construction contract oversite with the Director of Real Estate with editing new leases for compliance with Company Standards.
