JOB DETAILS FOR THE RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER:

·        Oversee daily operations (FOH &BOH) or our high-volume, quick service restaurant.

·        Motivate, coach, train a team of restaurant managers and staff.

·        Ensure the highest level of guest service and food quality is delivered.

·        Manage the P&L.
