Healthcare Customer Customer Service Representatives

Lowry, CO // $19/ hour // 6 month contract

Hours: Need to be available between 8am-7pm Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Represent health plan by answering and documenting all incoming contacts.
  • Respond professionally to inquiries form internal/external customers.
  • Follow established procedures to meet customer/member needs.
  • Member core: facility inquiry, web support, promote KP.org, order ID card, complaint, ID Card inquiry, service review.
  • Member advantage: eligibility inquiry, benefit inquiry, general, complaint, correspondence inquiry, add/remove dependent, service review, new member experience, internal regional request, IVR defaults

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of Call Center experience needed.
  • Health Care call center experience is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passionate about helping others.
  • Ability to think critically and problem solve.
  • Must be able to type at least 30 WPM.
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
