Established Healthcare community in Aurora currently hiring a professional, experienced CSR: Patient & Healthcare Call Center Rep for a FT, 40hr/week position working Days in Aurora with your team!

Working within your position, you will:
- Register new patients , schedule appointments , transfer calls to appropriate personnel, and coordinate communication between business units.
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Requires typing speed of 40WPM or more;
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action. Previous clinical/medical experience a PLUS!
Experience Requirement: 1+ year of recent call center or administrative experience. Basic c omputer knowledge and grammatical skills.
Schedule: Mon-Fri, available to work 8hr shifts between 7am - 6pm
