The Healthcare Recruiter will assist in the recruitment for medical professionals in the academia settings. This role is designed to develop innovative new sourcing methods to locate and recruit niche candidates for hard-to-fill positions within the organization, specifically healthcare focused.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment (healthcare recruiting HIGHLY preferred)
• Bachelor's degree
