Administrative Human Resources Coordinator
Our client, a leading Regional Law Firm located in downtown Denver is seeking a 2 plus years Administrative Human Resources (HR) Coordinator. This individual will work within the 9 person HR department, reporting to the HR Manager and Benefits Manager. This is a robust position that will be involved with many projects to support the busy and growing HR department. The HR Coordinator will answer employee questions and/or direct to appropriate person, maintain process documentation for HR, Payroll and Benefits, entry and data maintenance into HR software programs, assist in organization of HR related firm-wide trainings and firm functions, set-up and track review processes, harassment trainings, background checks and e-verify, department intranet page, process enrollment and maintain employee benefit files for all health, welfare, wellness and retirement plans, assist in the implementation and successful completion of the annual benefits open enrollment period, audit data in payroll and benefit vendor portals, create and maintain project plans for various benefits and wellness initiatives throughout the year, coordinate firm-wide wellness related initiatives, maintain HR file destruction and employee file audit schedule and process. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business related field and 2 plus years of professional experience from within a HR department. Our client offers a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401k + match, profit sharing, and vacation/sick/personal time off, in addition this role pays overtime for hours worked above 40 per week.
