Job Responsibilities:

- Assists with new hire orientation
- Updates employee information
- Coordinates Onboarding for new employees
- Coordinates candidate interviews with internal managers
- Prepares and updates reports regarding recruiting activity for HR team
- Maintain employee files to ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality
- Experience with 19, ATS Systems
- Assist other department activities and projects
