HR Specialist/HR Manager
We are looking for a temporary HR Specialist/HR Manager to support a client in the DTC with reviewing all HR policies and procedures currently in place and from there to help revamp those policies as well as put new ones in place.
How you will make an impact
- Audit current human resources policies in place
- Create recruiting processes and procedures
- Create onboarding and new full-time processes and procedures
- Assist with research on different options for employee benefits plans
What we are looking for
- Excellent knowledge of all state and federal HR laws
- Experience implementing new HR procedures
- Knowledgeable on the recruitment process
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
