We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to provide full scope of HR support for 300 employees in multiple locations in our Mountain Plains Region. This position requires about 25% travel. This position will be located in Denver, CO.
• Provide overall Human Resources (HR) responsibility for exempt and non-exempt teams, including staffing, training, leadership/employee development and coaching, career planning, workforce development, performance management, salary planning, talent development, succession planning, employee relations, communications and overall human resources compliance.
• Be a member of the Region leadership team and work with leaders to understand human resources issues within the area of responsibility, develop solutions, and secure necessary resources.
• As a member of a US HR team, participate in organization-wide human resources initiatives and task teams.
