TEKsystems is looking for a Human Resources SharePoint Process Analyst for a company located in the Westminster, CO .

As an HR SharePoint Process Analyst, you will work to innovate and support current HR processes and solve business issues through the utilization of SharePoint/M365.

What You’ll Do:

Provide support for SharePoint related issues.

Work with multiple stakeholders, across multiple business areas, to integrate processes and implement them into SharePoint in an effective way.

Be an advocate of the use of SharePoint/M265 capabilities for internal customers.

Work closely with end users and manage timelines, potentially working on several issues or projects at one time.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders. Interact constructively with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.

Perform other duties as necessary.

What You’ll Need:

BS/BA in a related field plus 4 or more years of related experience.

Each higher-level related degree, i.e., Master’s Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of related experience. Two years of related experience may be substituted for each year of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.

2+ years of experience working with SharePoint 2010, SharePoint 2013 or 2016 experience preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable explaining new concepts to a group.

HR knowledge or experience with a HRIS preferred.

Experience with Microsoft Access and strong experience with Microsoft Excel.

Experience with requirements gathering.

Experience with Nintex Workflow or equivalent preferred.

Ability to think analytically and solve problems.

Strong customer orientation and commitment to quality.

Ability to juggle competing demands and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Solution oriented with a ‘can-do’ attitude.

1. SharePoint 2010, SharePoint 2013 or 2016
