Real Estate Paralegal

Our client, a leading Regional law firm downtown, representing clients in a diverse range of industries, seeks a 5 plus years commercial real estate paralegal. The successful candidate will have significant experience with title & survey review, due diligence review, experience with loan closings, UCC searches/filings and organizing closing documentation, and project management. Ideal candidates for this position will have 5+ years of commercial real estate experience with a law firm, title company, commercial lender or other related entity. Qualifications include excellent writing skills, great attention to detail and the desire to succeed in an outstanding practice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must.
