Robert Half is seeking an experienced paralegal who is self-motivated and highly skilled. This litigation paralegal will be conducting pre-claim investigations, legal research, and initial case assessments. This litigation paralegal will need experience in drafting pleadings, motions, and appellate documents and filing them with the court. This paralegal will be expected to perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics etc). This is a contract opportunity.
