Litigation Paralegal 

Our client, a mid-sized stable environmental law firm downtown is looking for a dynamic, results driven5 plus years Litigation Paralegal to join their busy commercial litigation practice. The ideal candidate should be ready to assist the attorneys with case work. Responsibilities would include establishing, organizing, maintaining pleadings, correspondence, attorney trial notebooks, expert witness notebooks, document indexes and lists, reviewing and analyzing matters for the purpose of preparing status reports to attorneys and clients, scheduling hearings, requesting and tracking cases, dealing with the water courts, assisting with depositions, indexes and summarizing documents, docketing and calendaring deadlines, providing assistance in the trial of cases including the scheduling of witnesses and tracking exhibits, and proofreading and marking legal documents. Water Law experience is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will have very strong Office Suite and technical skills. Completion of a bachelor's degree and/or a paralegal certificate are required for consideration. The firm offers one of the best places to work, excellent pay, and very competitive benefits.
