Based in our Boulder, Colorado location, you will support the production of Emerson DP Flowmeter products using proven technologies, products and/or processes to meet quality, cost, schedule, and performance goals.
AS A MANUFACTURING ENGINEER, YOU WILL:
Update existing and create new work instructions
Participate in and lead in cross-departmental project teams to improve processes and efficiency
Support new product development and product transfer projects
Design and implement tools and fixtures for manufacturing floor
Execute business systems setups such as items and routings
Support problem resolution and improvement programs for one product line
Support and maintain machines and equipment for one product line
Perform basic cost analysis in support of projects and proposals
Measure and report performance for one product line
Understand lean manufacturing concepts and apply them in project work
Interface with machine/tooling/service vendors

Effectively present information to peers and project teams
Light travel (20%) required.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science from an engineering school. An ABET-accredited engineering degree is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of applicable experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Previous Oracle, machining and welding experience is a plus.
Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the salary range for this role is $63,731-$94,819, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to this role.
