This Property Accountant position comes with great perks and great work life balance

As the Property Accountant  you will be responsible for

•      Responsible for invoice coding, vendor and amount accuracy, review for proper approvals  

•      Prepare batches for review and approval by Accounting Manager.

•      Maintain the general ledger for each property including monthly close, reconcile balance sheet accounts

•      Assist with preparation of financial statements

•      Maintain depreciation, amortization & prepaid schedules

•      Prepare and submit replacement reserve reimbursement requests

•      Prepare and submit quarterly use tax returns
