We are seeking Remote Call Center Agents to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Duration: 3-6 months (w/ high possibility of extension)
- 40 hrs./week
- Must be flexible to work with any 8hrs./day, and 40hrs./week rotating shift between 7AM-7 PM CST MON-SUN
- Willing to work during weekends.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have own laptop and reliable internet connection.
