We are actively working with a reputable roofing company who is looking to add a sales member to their team. They recently experienced their lead salesman retiring and need a residential salesman to help keep up with the steady pipeline of projects, and to help them continue to experience the growth they are used to. Their values are a BIG part of who they are so they really take care of their employees. They have a full team of Projects Managers, estimators, salesman, and Laborers. Residential Roof Salesman Duties
* Meet or exceed the sales and margin expectations for the assigned territory.
*Using the necessary phone and field selling skills to sell our products and services to our customers.
*Building strong customer relationships by maintaining sales contacts as required by the position.
*Observing and implementing sales skills of other successful Sales Representatives in all aspects of the sales process to utilize skills necessary to succeed.
*Demonstrating solid business sales acumen and professionalism to make a positive impact on all prospects and customers.
*Drive sales growth through consistent daily effort.
Residential Roof Sales Experience Required
* 2+ years of roofing sales experience
* Experience with Residential Roofing materials and techniques
*Must be comfortable with cold calling, as well as generating their own leads and sales through in person interactions
* Positive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team player
