The automotive shop of a growing fire equipment supplier is adding a scheduler to support their growing repair requests. This job requires the ability to communicate with others and utilize computers to perform data entry and scheduling duties. Job duties will include:
- Manage and maintain schedules/bookings for the repair shop
- Complete and organize paperwork for all incoming vehicles
- Data entry of handwritten repair paperwork into company software
- Assist with answering phones

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00/hour
Schedule: Mon – Fri, 7:30am – 4:30pm
Qualifications: Understanding of automotive parts or mechanical experience preferred. Must be comfortable with using computers for all work tasks and have some excel and Outlook experience. QuickBooks experience preferred.
