Education: Associates/Technical Degree OR Certification
Experience: 12+ years
We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and broad experience in the administrative support area.
Under limited supervision, the Senior Administrative Assistant performs specialized and routine operational and administrative activities. This position performs the highest-level clerical and administrative support duties for one or more managers or departments.
Assist with transmittal letters for deliverables and monthly Technical Status Reports, responsible for preparation of deliverables and timely submittals.
Prepares confidential correspondence, reports and other documents; takes meeting notes as requested.
Manage documents and coordinates with document management.
Files records in Enterprise Content Management system.
Schedules meetings, arranging Video Tele-Conference meeting logistics
Assist staff with learning how to prepare travel/finish expense reports/check requests
Assist with procedure development and revisions as requested
Manages calendars and emails as requested
Creates and manages SharePoint sites
Other administrative tasks as assigned
Advanced skills in Word and Outlook
Proficient in Excel, Power Point, and SharePoint
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient in taking meeting minutes
