**Substitute Teacher:**

**Pay Rate $110-150 per day** (based on location)

Enjoy a flexible schedule working 2-5 days per week at various schools in the Denver metro area.

**Minimum requirements:**

+ 48 college credit hours or higher.

+ 1, 3 or 5-year Colorado Substitute Authorization OR willing to get Colorado Substitute Authorization -we'll help you through the process!

**Teacher's Aide:**

**Pay Rate-$13-15 per hour** (based on location)

Enjoy a flexible schedule working 2-5 days per week alongside a classroom teacher at various schools in the Denver Metro area.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ High school diploma/GED

Assume duties of the classroom teacher in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly Education policies. This includes:

+ Leading instruction in the classroom by conducting the teacher's existing lesson plans covering various classroom topics and courses. Aides will work alongside a classroom teacher to achieve the above.

+ Build positive relationships with school staff and students.

+ Create a classroom environment that motivates student to learn, encourages classroom participation, and matches the education needs and interests of the students. Use a variety of teaching techniques to adapt to different learning styles.
