Senior Manager Retail Operations Omni & Technology, TNF

Retail Operations functions to empower everyone in the Field and Direct to Consumer (DTC) teams to align mission and activity in an environment where focus drives fulfillment, transparency drives trust and confidence, and accountability drives results.

The Senior Manager Retail Operations Omni & Technology is responsible for the continual improvement of efficiencies in operational execution for DTC TNF Retail stores with a focus on managing innovation and capitalizing on Omnichannel opportunities to achieve business transformation through the development of varied, dynamic store profiles delivering stronger profitability and exceptional customer service.

How You Will Make a Difference

What you will do:

  • Develop policies and procedures to meet technology evolution and business transformation

  • Lead team through appropriate audits and analysis to ensure operational compliance is met to meet technology evolution and business transformation

  • Mobile POS & Polaris SME, supporting enhancement development, testing and escalation of issues

  • Manage Pricing Approval process ensuring POS accuracy through timely approval by the Retail Operations team of price changes (temporary and permanent) and Bonus Buys

  • Manage SalesForce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) coupon code process

  • Ensure Communications platform delivers to Creating Community Brand Value expectations and Operational directions and information is current and relevant providing foundational structure for day-to-day activities

  • Expand Omnichannel capabilities to support Brand initiatives through reporting enhancements, application enhancements and threshold management

  • Collaborate with Field Leadership to ensure stores meet Omnichannel execution expectations and standards

  • Manage Physical Inventory process in stores

  • Enhance/develop Inventory Location Management platform in partnership with appropriate IT/Engineering teams

  • Ensure store Labor Model and Budget design and execution, as well as Field Budget Program meet business requirements

  • Manage and direct supply ordering budgets, policies, and procedures

  • Servicechannel SME, supporting escalation and timely execution of facilities issues and Safety Culture

  • Manage StoreForce/Scheduling platform access, data flow, system troubleshooting and enhancements, and support platform optimization. Maximize efficiencies and KPI Management.

  • Manage user hierarchy, data feed and enhancements for the Customer Experience platform (Medallia).

How you will do it:

  • Understand and know TNF store business procedures

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all technologies support day-to-day business requirements for all stores

  • Collaborate with Field and cross-functional teams to optimize current technologies, and to improve policies, procedures, processes, and documentation

  • Propose operations improvements and strategies to meet business transformation

What success looks like:

  • Financial targets are met - Labor Rate, 4-Wall %, & Budget Management (Supplies, T&E, etc.)

  • Stores meet financial and operational goals and objectives

  • Stores meeting company shrink goal

  • Omnichannel execution meets business requirements

  • Stores exceed Customer Satisfaction Metric goals

Years of Related Professional Experience: 7+ years of experience

Educational Position Requirements:

A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

  • Proven people management and communication skills

  • Strong written and presentation skills

  • MS Office Skills Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Salary Range :

$112,320.00 USD - $168,480.00 USD annually

Annual Incentive Eligibility :

This position is eligible to participate in a VF Incentive Plan. Detailed information on incentive plans will be provided during the recruiting process.
