Trade & Transportation Project Specialist, Supply Chain
Job Description:

Arrow Electronics is seeking a self-motivated candidate excited to make a difference within our supply chain and logistics organization. This role will be responsible for finding, developing, implementing, and maintaining continuous improvement projects across the areas of trade, transportation, and operations. This candidate will work closely with other departments to ensure any improvement plans are adoptable and sustainable.

What You'll be Doing:

  • Develop solutions for site-based Trade and Transportation improvement projects
  • Determine best practices on improvement projects and present to Arrow stakeholders
  • Assist and lead continuous improvement projects from beginning to end
  • Compile and interpret data for use in projects and analyses
  • Lead project calls, assign work, and manage project timelines, outcomes, and budgets
  • Build business justifications and financial results to support any proposed projects
  • Produce and present demonstrations across multiple levels within the organization and cross functional groups
  • Streamline processes and expedite manual efforts related to trade and transportation
  • Responsible for driving change in relation to projects and programs created
  • Travel up to 25% throughout the US and on occasion Europe

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 4 years working within supply chain, preferably in trade operations and customs
  • Bachelors' Degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent
  • Knowledge of project management methodology and ability to apply concepts in daily work
  • Experience working with advanced transportation planning software
  • Must have Office Suite, Visual, and Project experience
  • Experience in BlueworksLive a plus
  • An appetite to learn on the job and adopt a growth mindset
  • Autonomous with the ability to work through ambiguity
  • Self-starter with an eye for detail
  • PMP, green belt or yellow belt certification preferred but not required

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$78,300.00 - $108,900.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company's request and sole discretion.
