This role is responsible for setting and leading the strategic Human Resource direction for all efforts around our people. This position is responsible for helping to foster a growth culture and develop and drive talent recruitment and development priorities that drive growth for our clients, our agency, and, most importantly, our people.

What You'll Do In This Role:

  • A key member of the senior leadership team contributing to the development and execution of the agency’s business strategy.
  • Develop comprehensive and integrated human capital strategies to meet business goals and continually act towards the company vision, including talent acquisition and retention, development, total rewards, culture enrichment, and employee engagement.
  • Plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate the organization's people strategy. Develop human resource planning models to identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop specific programs for filling the gaps.
  • Lead and develop a high performing HR team focused on strategic and tactical programs/initiatives to accomplish business goals.
  • Influence the right outcomes for the business and elevates Company’s employment brand and unique culture.
  • Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning of new programs/strategies and regulatory/compliance action as areas impacting the attraction, motivation, development, and retention of the people resources in the company.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for leaders on all people-related matters.
  • Work with senior leadership to develop effective internal communications (between and among management and employees) to sustain culture and achieve company-wide goals.
  • Partner with business and finance leaders on workforce planning needs and strategies for a large flex workforce and regular full-time employees.
  • Develop innovative internal and external recruitment strategies to support the business plan and a diverse workforce.
  • Drive and continuously improve the annual organizational, talent, performance, and succession planning processes, with an emphasis on building an internal bench, strength, and a high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with Director, Diversity, Equality & Inclusion to foster innovation, creativity, and a dynamic engaging culture for everyone.
  • Ensure performance management metrics align with business goals to enable management to drive performance, build capability, and recognize top performers.
  • Provide strategic business partnership and coaching to executives, senior leaders, managers and employees.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment, benefits, health and safety laws, regulations, and requirements.
  • Leads with a growth mindset.

The Experience You'll Bring:

  • 12+ years of Human Resources or equivalent business experience, with at least 8 year of experience leading high performing HRBP teams. Human Resource leadership with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective organizational strategies and transformations.
  • Possess solid functional expertise across all general areas of HR, including Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, Diversity and Inclusion, Employee Experience, Talent and Performance Management, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, and Employment Law.
  • A true hands-on leader as well as the ability to successfully monitor the “pulse” of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and can pull relevant components out of complex situations to connect the dots and make sound decisions and know when to escalate appropriately.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance culture where the business is constantly evolving.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to think critically and anticipate issues before they arise, and proactively suggest long-term solutions.
  • Motivated by complexity and challenges with an ability to solve tough and complex problems by leveraging experience and data.
  • Excellent judgment and the ability to make sound decisions independently.
  • Strong change leadership skills; versed and experienced in classic organizational change models and methods.

  • High level of executive presence and influencing skills to work with senior executives in a coaching capacity and to engage in development/delivery of learning programs.
  • Excellent team leadership skills with the ability to manage both direct and indirect reporting relationships and build individual and team capabilities through direction, collaboration, feedback, and coaching.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Oriented towards a high Emotional Intelligence; embraces feedback.
  • A well-organized and self-directed individual with demonstrated ability to be proactive, prioritize work and handle multiple assignments and priorities in a timely manner.
