The YMCA of Northern Colorado has openings for energetic Zumba and other Dance Fitness Instructors at our Lafayette location. If you are the type of person that builds community wherever you go and you have a knack for inspiring, motivating and encouraging others to keep moving - you will fit in well with our talented and diverse team of group exercise instructors.
As a YMCA instructor you'll provide excellent service to members in a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment that promotes member wellness and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.
- CPR, First Aid, AED, national certification (ACE, NETA, AFAA, NASM) in group fitness instruction
- Zumba, U-Jam, Reb3l Groove, or other accredited dance fitness certification required
- At least one year of experience teaching group exercise classes preferred

Pay Rate: $22-30/hour based on experience and availability. We offer a +10% differential for bilingual staff (Spanish and English).
