RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CASH MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

• Monitor daily cash positions
• Manage all banking and merchant service relationships
• Administer bank accounts and users
• Establish new bank accounts and credit cards
• Assist with review of Accounts Payable payments
• Assist with the month and quarter-end close process
• Manage the cash management internal controls
• Ad hoc projects

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CASH MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2 plus years of cash management, treasury, finance or accounting experience
• Experience with bank portals and merchant service set-up is preferred
• High level of customer service orientation
• Highly analytical mind
• Detail and deadline oriented
• Team player

Target salary range: $55,000-$70,000. Discretionary bonus potential. Other benefits include: health, dental, vision, 401(k) and more!
