To support our efforts, we are looking for a Retirement Concierge to act as an educator, concierge, and a loan officer to FAR’s current HECM borrowers. We are looking for someone who truly embodies CORE Values and believes that helping borrowers win is WAY more Important than money.

EXPECTATIONS

Reach out to HECM Borrowers for a Retirement Check Up

· Must be able to take a consultative approach with Borrowers

o What they are trying to accomplish

o Talk through options with Borrowers

o Help people out of the ambiguity by using courageous, customized recommendations

· Provides confident answers and recommendations when speaking with Borrowers

· Helps encourage Borrowers to live life to the fullest

· Express the benefits of staying with FAR

· Continue to attempt to contact borrowers we have not been able to reach

Keep Leadership informed

· Inform leadership of any borrowers we have reached that we are trying to save to see what can be offered

· Must keep an open line of communication with Team Lead

Facilitate the application, document collection, and closing of any borrower that is moving forward

· Make offer to borrower

· Send application – eSign should be used as much as possible

· Follow loan thru processing – make sure it continues to move forward

· Has flexibility and willingness to change through any process/regulatory/CRM constraints without hesitation

· Offer 10 Star Service to the Borrower throughout the application process and throughout the life of the loan

EDUCATION - REQUIRED

· High School Diploma

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

· Demonstrated experience within the sales team, both from a production standpoint and also an attitude standpoint

· High comfort level with technology and tools and willingness/capacity to learn

· Must be a Licensed Loan Officer

· Must at all times be able to meet any and all applicable qualifications and standards required for Loan Officer Licensure under the SAFE Act. Must remain current on any and all applicable registration, licensing and training obligations required under the SAFE Act and/or any other state, federal or local laws pertaining to Loan Officer Certification or standards

· Efficient knowledge of Velocify and Link

· Successful track record in helping borrowers

· Self-Motivated and loves helping people

· Possess a hybrid of technical and soft skills

· Thrives on organization

· Excellent communication ability

· Is passionate about our company, supporting our borrowers, and is willing to bring a positive can-do attitude to work every day

· Is a natural born communicator, connecting the dots when others cannot and simplifying complex issues and questions.
