Job Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Manager - Contract Management, you will join a growing team of contract management professionals supporting the administration and life-cycle management of DISH Retail Wireless's supplier contracts from execution to termination.

  • You will work closely with the sourcing team, suppliers, business unit stakeholders and legal to develop & support the implementation of DISH Wireless's overall contract management strategy;
  • Ensure vendor compliance with contractual obligations, service level agreements, & other performance requirements;
  • Lead the approval and execution of specific contracts.

Specifics
Establish contract management policies & procedures & ensure compliance across the Retail Wireless business;

  • Draft and socialize contract language for use by the Strategic Sourcing team in RFx activities or negotiations.
  • Collaborate with Legal and the Strategic Team to address contract/language drafting and suggestions
  • Serve as adviser & resource for internal stakeholders with specific questions and requests regarding current supplier contracts;
  • Identify, analyze, & mitigate contractual risk;
  • Monitor contract amendments, extensions & renewals and close out as appropriate;
  • Maintain accurate supplier agreement records in a contract management solution;
  • Support vendor issue escalation and dispute resolution.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or JD preferred
  • 3-6 years of progressively related contract lifecycle management experience,
  • Proven track record of effectively managing & influencing internal & external stakeholders;
  • Experience using contract management platforms and tools;
  • Supply chain/operations/contracts certification preferred
  • Results-oriented mentality with a focus on efficiency, accuracy and quality.

Salary Range

Compensation: $65,800.00/Year - $102,500.00/Year
