Compensation: $30.00 to $55.00 hourly
Robert Half Legal is partnering with a company, seeking an in-house employment law attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The attorney must have prior employment law experience, and ideally be licensed in CA or CO. The attorney will support the VP of Legal with in-house employment law matters. Currently, the company has about 25 active cases, about 5 of which are substantive litigation cases.
The employment law attorney must have experience with the following:
- Assisting with investigations
- Drafting discovery responses,
- Drafting responses to EEOC charges
- Drafting demand letters and subpoenas
- Reviewing contracts such as MSAs and SOWs and ammendments
Though the company's strong preference is to have someone licensed, a law clerk with the experience above can also be considered.
