Position Overview: A successful Entry Level Entity Accountant takes ownership of the entire tax, accounting, and consulting process for incorporated clients at ATBS. The Entry Level Entity Accountant inputs data and information for all client materials. The Entry Level Entity Accountant researches and gathers information from clients and other sources as supporting documentation to prepare balance sheets and profit and loss statements. An Entry Level Entity Accountant is also the main point of contact for incorporated clients at ATBS and provides insight on financial and tax information to ensure a client's success as a small business owner.

Significant Responsibilities:
- Consistently enter client settlements and receipts to the ATBS database in a timely and accurate manner in adherence to established procedures
- Proficiently post corrections and YTD settlements as needed
- Efficiently respond to weekly query research requests and make corrections when necessary
- Diligently process payroll and prepare accurate and prompt payroll reports for clients
- Knowledgeably answer basic tax or payroll-related questions on queue calls

- Excellent verbal and written communication and skills
- Ability to quickly learn new software
- Accurate 10 key touch
- Ability to resolve problems and challenges as they arise in the course of the daily job functions
- Confidence to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and associates
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work additional hours when required
- Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus
Education and/or Experience:
- Progress toward an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is required
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial
- Experience in the transportation industry is advantageous, but not required
- Knowledge of tax rules and regulations is helpful
