Position Overview (100% On-Site)
As the HR Generalist, you will assist in developing, executing, evaluating, and enhancing human resources policies, programs, and practices to improve the employee experience. You will act as a consultant and partner with the department leadership to ensure uniformity of HR practices helps align HR and company objectives when handling administrative/operational tasks and strategic planning and projects. This position ensures legal compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, update policies and practices as required.
What You'll Do Every day:
Manage employee grievance and harassment allegations and ensure accurate and timely documentation of concerns or issues
Conduct investigations into employee misconduct and suggests disciplinary action when necessary.
Respond to verification of employment requests and represent the company on unemployment claims.
