Robert Half has partnered with a financial services firm in Englewood in search of a Human Resources Generalist! The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for the following:

• Full cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, communicating with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, generating offer letters, managing background checks, etc.)
• Enter new employees into the benefits system
• Create new employee profiles within the HRIS system
• Perform daily communication with benefits provider
• Prepare and launch benefits packages
• Administer FMLA, leave of absences, and other time off forms
• Planning employee appreciation parties and events
• Handle research for compensation plans and surveys
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements for the Human Resources Generalist include:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of human resources experience
• Multi-state/multi-location experience (preferred)
• Paylocity experience (preferred)
