Job Number 779 Riverside Research is seeking a full time Image Scientist that has expertise and experience in GEOINT image processing. All Riverside Research opportunities require US citizenship. Job Responsibilities Develop Concept of Operations (CONOPS) for new processing capabilities for each of the GEOINT disciplines to support operational customers use cases. Develop image processing algorithms and assess the quality of algorithm outputs. Leverage analyst workstations and tools, the various stages of processed imagery data sets, and the TCPED cycle to generate new ways to extract value. Use overhead assets to address intelligence needs with capabilities to perform field tests and experiments supporting image science. Rapidly prototype GEOINT applications leveraging proficiency in programming environments relevant to GEOINT disciplines. Leverage multi-INT capabilities to innovate solutions against challenging intelligence needs. Job Requirements At least five years' experience as an Image Scientist in the application of IMINT capabilities. Expertise and experience In GEOINT image processing for overhead collection systems and other Intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance platform sources. Experience with modeling and simulation and comparisons. Experience with coordinating and supporting experiments and developing collection strategies to meet technical objectives for advanced modes and emerging capabilities. Experience with performing quality assessments on the outputs generated by algorithms deployed by the factory team. Expertise and experience in manipulating data and generate new ways to extract intelligence value. Reference experience with partially processed or raw data sets in system-specific formats. Experience with presenting and supporting technical dialog with systems program offices or engineering directorates to influence the development of new payloads for future systems. Strong working knowledge of analyst workstations and tools. Familiarization andor experience performing analysis. Capable of generating algorithms or scripts to address user needs. Technical Degree (advanced degree preferred) in a technical discipline to support image science research and development. Active TSSCI clearance. Desired Qualifications Active TSSCI clearance with CI Poly Strong presentation skills and demonstrated ability to interact with multiple customers All Riverside Research opportunities require US citizenship. Compensation The proposed compensation for this position in Colorado is 160,000 per year. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
