The Marketing Project Management Specialist is responsible for leading the initiation, planning and implementation of Marketing sponsored projects with cross-functional and IT impacts. In addition, they will be managing related operational items such as process management, promotional inventory coordination, project management support software configuration and adoption, and cross-team collaboration on enterprise initiatives. They will work with project teams to arrive at the deliverables and work efforts, determine scheduling, and manage change requests to achieve project success and completion.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision;
  • Communicate project scope, goals, deliverables and timelines effectively across technical and non-technical teams at all levels of the organization;
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and hold necessary weekly, daily or ad hoc meetings;
  • Consistently monitor and report on the project progress/status to all stakeholders and assist in issue resolution as necessary;
  • Facilitate the intake and prioritization process of Legal requests from the marketing teams;
  • Onboard and administration of project management software (Workfront, Wrike);
  • Manage the intake and assignment of marketing execution campaign requests.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Business, Marketing, Project Management or a related field;
  • High energy to maintain a sense of urgency and enthusiasm throughout projects and to set the tone for all teams involved;
  • Ability to establish trust and rapport with all levels of the organization;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to balance attention to detail and executional excellence with strategic thinking and an understanding of the big-picture business environment.

Salary Range

Compensation: $42,300.00/Year - $64,000.00/Year
