Prologis Essentials is a fast-growing end-to-end solutions platform within Prologis. We are going beyond the traditional four walls of real estate and investing in the future of the global supply chain across five critical dimensions: operations, energy, workforce, mobility and digital. If you are interested in being on the ground floor of a marketing organization with aspirations of playing a pivotal role in the company's future, we need you.

You will manage key parts of our B2B product marketing function through the planning and development of go-to-market strategies to drive successful product adoption and revenue growth for our Essentials business. You will be responsible for partnering with our Product and Business Operations teams to shape the strategy and identify new opportunities while leading efforts to build out competitive assessments and create differentiated positioning and messaging to drive execution with cross-functional partners to ultimately generate leads and drive revenue.

What's needed in order to do that:

  • Responsible for collaborating on development and execution of strategic and comprehensive marketing plans that address all aspects of the marketing mix.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of our customers including the competitive dynamics of their industries, needs assessments, and strategic priorities
  • Develop compelling positioning, value propositions, and marketing materials
  • Define the competitive landscape for assigned industries including key players, points of difference, barriers to entry and opportunities for competitive differentiation
  • Develop go-to-market strategies including business goals, definition of target/persona, differentiated positioning, messaging, and sales narrative to drive customer acquisition and product adoption.
  • Work with Essentials leadership, global sales, and our real estate teams to develop marketing programs, sales enablement tools and identify opportunities to expand the business.
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives for new products and monetization strategies, partnering with product, biz ops, global sales, marketing, and PR.
  • Lead efforts to validate future product and feature concepts through customer interviews, research and analysis of user data.
  • Evangelize products internally and externally to drive adoption and engagement

Please tell us if you're ready:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, solution-as-a-service models, or equivalent roles
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketplaces preferred
  • Background in renewable energy, energy storage, EV charging or fleet electrification a plus
  • Background in logistics, fulfillment, material handling a plus
  • A proven track record of increasing product market share through well-executed marketing and successful delivery of go-to-market activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to form close partnerships across the organization to communicate effectively, gain alignment, and drive execution across sales and sales support functions.
  • Experience working across multiple sales channels, preferably with global or multi-national familiarity.
  • A bias for action and the ability to appropriately balance speed versus perfection.
  • A growth mindset and a sense of curiosity.
  • Collaborative nature - desire to help others succeed.
  • A team player mindset and positive attitude.

Hiring Salary Range of: $95,000-$130,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
