Stonebridge Companies is a privately owned, innovative hotel development and hospitality management company. We manage a portfolio of 65+ hotels across the United States, and provide investor opportunities, hotel development services, hotel management services, and hospitality career opportunities to our partners and associates. We are currently looking to add a Real Estate Analyst to our corporate team located in Denver, CO.

Job Description:

The Real Estate Analyst is responsible for supporting the real estate team in the evaluation of various hotel acquisition and development opportunities. Stonebridge Companies is actively developing and acquiring hotels throughout the United States and continues to grow with approximately ten projects in its development / acquisition pipeline? those projects are in top tier markets such as Denver, New York, Boston, Seattle, and San Francisco.

Responsibilities:

Create financial models to include:

    -Development of operating pro forma?

    -Identification of cost assumptions (development / renovation) with input from the

    -Design & Construction department

Analysis of capital structure to include:

    -Debt - fixed rate, floating rate, mezzanine, etc.?

    -Equity - preferred return, "waterfall" promote structure, etc.

Perform market research for potential business opportunities to include:

    -Review of macro and microeconomic factors impacting the real estate?

    -Assessment of supply and demand? Real estate tax review.

    -Develop Owner/Investor/Partner deliverables.

Skills & Knowledge:

    -Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to gather data and make sound financial

    -Forecasts.

    -Advanced knowledge of Microsoft© Excel, Word and PowerPoint

    -Ability to prioritize multiple, complex projects.

    -Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness;

    -Ability and desire to work in a team environment and to treat others with respect.

Minimum Requirements:

    -Undergraduate degree required, preferably in finance, accounting or business?

    -Experience working in the hospitality industry

    -Superior written and verbal communication skills

    -Flexibility to aid where needed in a fast-paced environment.
