Based in Colorado, you will have the chance to work on exciting and engaging infrastructure projects of all sizes and utilize your transportation design expertise in roadway/highway to serve as a task lead on transportation related projects. You will interpret internal or external business issues and recommend best practices. You will solve complex problems; take a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions; and guide others in solving complex issues in specialized areas based on existing solutions and procedures. You’ll work with the best Engineers and Project Managers in the business, as well as gain experience working directly with our clients. We want you to be empowered to deliver the boldest solutions for everyday living and serve as a best practice/quality resource.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer License (PE)
- At least 10 years related experience in transportation work with an emphasis on roadway design
- Previous Department of Transportation (DOT), County or Municipal experience
- Client connections in the Denver area
- Strong MicroStation background, Power GEOPAK, Open Roads a plus
- Strong mathematical, analytical, time management skills
- Strong communication skills
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Experience with multi-discipline infrastructure engineering design and construction projects
- Familiarity with Colorado Department of Transportation (NDOT) plans preparation a plus

Typical salary range for this position is $108,900 to $170,200 , and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
